Terms of service

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms are the agreement between VybeDawgs LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“we” or “us”), and you, for the NestLibre service: nestlibre.com and the practice it offers (“NestLibre”).

They say what NestLibre is and isn’t, how paid plans are billed and cancelled, what you and we may do, and what each of us answers for.

1. Accepting these terms

  • When you accept them. You accept these terms when you create an account, or when you subscribe and check the box at checkout. They also apply when you use NestLibre without an account.

  • Who can open an account. You must be 18 or older and live in Canada, outside Quebec. Sign-up asks for your province or territory. The free citizenship practice needs no account, and anyone can use it.

  • What’s part of them. Our cancellation and refund terms, and our price list as it reads when you subscribe, are part of these terms. The cancellation and refund terms govern cancelling and refunds, and these terms govern everything else.

  • Privacy. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. What NestLibre is, and isn’t

  • Practice for three tests. Free practice for the Canadian citizenship test, and, by subscription, practice for the CELPIP and TCF Canada language tests, with AI feedback on your speaking, and on your writing once we offer it. The price list says what each plan includes.

  • Feedback by AI. AI models produce the feedback and score estimates on your answers. They’re estimates to help you practise. They aren’t official results, can’t be used in any application, and can be wrong.

  • No promised result. We don’t promise that you’ll pass any test, reach any score or level, or that any application will succeed.

  • Test practice, not immigration advice. We don’t give immigration or citizenship advice, and we don’t represent anyone. NestLibre can’t tell you whether you qualify for a program, which program to choose, or how to fill in or submit an application. For that, go to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or to an authorized representative, such as a lawyer, a Quebec notary, or a licensed immigration consultant. IRCC explains who can represent you.

  • Independent. NestLibre isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Government of Canada or IRCC, or by the organizations that own or run CELPIP and TCF Canada. CELPIP and TCF Canada are their owners’ tests. We use their names only to say what our practice is for.

  • The official guide is free. IRCC’s study guide for the citizenship test, Discover Canada, is free from IRCC. Our practice material is our own, not IRCC’s.

  • What you need. An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser, and, for speaking practice, a microphone.

3. Your account

  • Yours alone. Your account is for your own practice. Don’t share it, or let anyone else use it.

  • Keep it secure. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

  • Your email address. Use one you can receive mail at. We send receipts and notices there.

4. Paid plans

  • Free stays free. Free practice never turns into a paid plan unless you choose to subscribe.

  • Prices. The price list on nestlibre.com shows each plan, what it includes, its price and currency, and its billing period. Checkout shows them again, with any taxes, and you accept or decline before you pay.

  • Billing. A subscription continues from one billing period to the next until you cancel. We charge for each period at its start, when your access for that period begins, to the payment method you gave at checkout.

  • Taxes. Sales taxes, such as GST/HST, QST or PST, are added where the law requires them to be collected, and checkout shows them.

  • Payments, through Link. We sell our plans through Stripe’s Managed Payments, so Sold through Link, LLC (“Link”), Stripe’s affiliate, is the merchant of record for your payment. Link charges you, adds and collects any sales taxes, and sends your receipt, and your card statement shows LINK.COM. Link’s own purchase terms also apply to your payment, and checkout shows them (link.com/terms). We never see your full card number.

  • If a payment fails, we may pause your paid features until it’s paid, or end your plan.

  • Your copy. When you subscribe, we email you a copy of what you agreed to: these terms, the cancellation and refund terms, and your plan with its price and billing period.

  • The free start. Each account’s first three feedback answers are free, with no card. It never turns into a paid plan: you subscribe only if you choose to.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time: online, from your account or your Link account, or by email. Our cancellation and refund terms say how, and when you get money back.

6. Changes

  • To NestLibre. We may change, add or remove features, practice material and plans.

  • To these terms, or to your plan’s price or what it includes. We post every change here with its new effective date. If you have an account, we also email you at least 30 days, and no more than 60 days, before a change applies. The email gives the old and new wording or price, the date the change applies, and your right to cancel.

  • If you don’t want the change, you can cancel your plan, or close your account, at no charge before it applies. If it raises what you pay or reduces what you get, you can also cancel at no charge after it applies: within 30 days if you live in Quebec, and at any time if you live in British Columbia.

7. Using NestLibre fairly

Use NestLibre for your own practice, lawfully, and as these terms allow. Don’t:

  • use NestLibre during a real test, or to help anyone cheat on one;

  • record anyone’s voice but your own;

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk, share, sell, or publish our practice material or feedback, or use it to build another product or to train an AI model;

  • use bots, scripts, or other automated means to use NestLibre;

  • get around our limits or security, or reach accounts or parts of NestLibre you’re not allowed to;

  • interfere with NestLibre, or with anyone else’s use of it.

We may limit use that’s automated, or far beyond what one person’s practice needs.

8. Your answers and recordings

  • They stay yours. You keep whatever rights you have in your answers and recordings.

  • What you let us do with them. You let us, and the service providers who run NestLibre for us, store, copy, transcribe, analyze and otherwise process them to give you NestLibre’s practice and feedback, to keep your practice history, to run and protect NestLibre, and to check and improve the accuracy of our feedback, as our privacy policy describes. We never use them to train AI models. This permission ends when you delete them or your account, except for anything the law requires us to keep.

  • What you send. Send only what you have the right to send, and nothing unlawful.

9. Our material

  • It’s ours. NestLibre’s practice material, questions, feedback, software and design, and the NestLibre name and logo, belong to us or to those who license them to us.

  • What you may do with it. While you have access, you may use it for your own practice, and keep copies of the feedback on your own answers for your own use. Anything else needs our written permission.

  • Suggestions. If you send us ideas, we may use them freely, with nothing owed to you.

10. Closing your account, and ending a plan

  • You may close your account at any time. Closing it cancels any paid plan, and we delete your information as our privacy policy says.

  • We may suspend or close your account, or end your plan, if you break these terms, or the law, in using NestLibre.

  • We may stop offering NestLibre, or a plan, after telling you by email.

  • Money back. If we end your paid plan for any reason other than your breaking these terms, we refund the unused part of the period you’ve paid for, as our cancellation and refund terms say.

11. Disclaimers

If you live in Quebec, this section doesn’t apply to you.

To the extent the law allows, NestLibre is provided as it is and as available. Beyond what these terms promise, we make no promises about it, and we disclaim every implied warranty and condition, including of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that NestLibre will always be available or free of errors, or that its feedback and score estimates will be accurate.

The consumer protection law of your province or territory may give you rights that can’t be excluded. This section doesn’t limit them.

12. Limits on liability

If you live in Quebec, this section doesn’t apply to you.

To the extent the law allows:

  • we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, test or application fees, or delays in any immigration or citizenship process, even if we were told they were possible; and

  • our total liability for everything to do with NestLibre is no more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These limits don’t apply to liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

13. Governing law and courts

  • If you live in Canada, the laws of your province or territory, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, govern these terms, and you may bring any claim in the courts of your province or territory.

  • If you live anywhere else, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern these terms, without regard to any conflict-of-laws rule that would apply another jurisdiction’s law. Any lawsuit must be brought in a state or federal court in Pennsylvania that has jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

14. General terms

  • Transfers. You may not transfer these terms or your account. We may transfer them, without your consent, to an affiliate, or to a company that takes over NestLibre and takes on our obligations to you.

  • The whole agreement. These terms, with what section 1 makes part of them, are the whole agreement between you and us about NestLibre.

  • If a part fails. If a court holds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is enforced as far as the law allows, and the rest stays in effect.

  • No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given it up.

  • Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You can send us notices at help@nestlibre.com, or by mail to the address below.

  • What lasts. Sections 8, 9, and 11 to 14 continue after your account closes or your plan ends.

  • Words. “Including” means including without limitation.
