Cancellation and refunds

These cancellation and refund terms are part of our terms of service for the NestLibre service, run by VybeDawgs LLC. They cover paid plans. Free practice costs nothing, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund.

Cancelling

  • Online, at any time. Cancel from your account, with the cancel button. You don’t need to call or write to us.

  • Or from Link. You can also cancel from your Link account, at link.com.

  • Or by email. Write to help@nestlibre.com from the email address on your account, and we cancel your plan.

  • What happens. Your cancellation takes effect at once, and we charge you nothing more. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, unless you end them sooner and get money back where this page allows it. We confirm your cancellation by email.

  • Your account stays. Cancelling a paid plan doesn’t close your account or delete your practice, and free practice stays open to you. Our privacy policy says how to delete your account.

  • Closing your account cancels your plan and ends it at once. The refunds below still apply.

Refunds

  • A period you’ve started. We don’t refund the rest of a billing period you’ve already started, except as this section says.

  • If you live in Quebec or British Columbia, you can end your plan right away and get back the unused part of the period you’ve paid for, worked out by the day, with the tax charged on it. Choose this when you cancel, or ask us by email.

  • Charges we shouldn’t have made, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled: refunded in full.

  • If we end your plan, or stop offering it, for any reason other than your breaking our terms: the unused part of the period you’ve paid for, worked out by the day.

  • Your other rights. The law of your province or territory may give you other rights to cancel and get money back, for example if we didn’t give you the information the law requires before you subscribed, or didn’t send you a copy of your agreement. This page doesn’t limit them.

  • Refunds by Link. Link, the merchant of record for your payment (terms §4), may also refund a payment within 60 days of it, whatever this page says.

How refunds are paid

  • Back to how you paid, through Link, in the currency you paid in.

  • Within 15 days of your cancellation or request, or within 10 days if you live in Quebec. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
